The "Mystery" of Fees

Payment processing fees are one of the most misunderstood aspects of credit/debit card processing.  As such, many processors take advantage of you.  Look for an honest processor, if you want we can help you find one.

Most of the fees are collected by the banks and the Card Networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).  They typically raise their fees (typically known as "interchange fees", "discount", and "card brand fees") every 6 months in April and October.

 

We balance your fees and let you know if there is anything you can do to lower them.  Many of your unknown actions cause your fees to increase, such as not including an invoice number on each of your sales.
